- DESIGN YOUR STAGE LAYOUT USING OUR TEMPLATES
Our forms may ask you to submit a stage layout of all players and equipment needed for your event. It is highly recommended that you use our default templates: They are standartized, easy to use, visually attractive, and display accurate hall dimensions & power locations. Follow these steps:
Click your desired hall template below. Note that you will be asked to log in to your Office365 UNT email account.
File ⇢ Save Copy
Note: If you cannot save a copy, try disabling your ad-block browser plugin momentarily.
Design your layout.
When done, File ⇢ Download as .PPTX (PowerPoint file is preferred so it can be re-edited if needed) .PDF or .JPG
Upload the file to our forms when prompted to do so. DONE :)
- You may also email us the file in case you are having technical problems with the forms
- You may also draw your layout by hand and upload a picture of it on our forms. (This is discouraged! If you can, try using our templates instead)
