In this page you can find instructions on how to use our templates to quickly design your stage layout online.
You can also browse through some of our layout examples and tutorial documents to get an idea of the events that we generally support.
- DESIGN YOUR STAGE LAYOUT USING OUR TEMPLATES
Our forms may ask you to submit a stage layout of all players and equipment needed for your event. It is highly recommended that you use our default templates: They are standartized, easy to use, visually attractive, and display accurate hall dimensions & power locations. Follow these steps:

Click your desired hall template below. Note that you will be asked to log in to your Office365 UNT email account.

File ⇢ Save Copy
Note: If you cannot save a copy, try disabling your ad-block browser plugin momentarily.

Design your layout.

When done, File ⇢ Download as .PPTX (PowerPoint file is preferred so it can be re-edited if needed) .PDF or .JPG

Upload the file to our forms when prompted to do so. DONE :)
- You may also email us the file in case you are having technical problems with the forms
- You may also draw your layout by hand and upload a picture of it on our forms. (This is discouraged! If you can, try using our templates instead)

For your convenience, here is a collection of stage layout examples designed using our templates. Remember that these layouts may not always apply to your situation so make sure to design your layouts according to your specific needs. We will be adding more examples along the way.
